xDrive and Transfer Case Servicing

Transfer case fluid servicing and related diagnostics for BMW xDrive vehicles, with further repairs recommended only where supported by the findings.

Big-End Bearing Replacement

Big-end bearing replacement where technically appropriate, subject to inspection and confirmation of the engine's condition, damage assessment and parts availability.

Estimates are not guaranteed completion dates. Actual turnaround depends on the BMW engine variant, the condition of the VANOS system, parts availability and any additional faults identified during inspection. The workshop estimate covers the repair itself; parts sourcing is separate and is not included in that period. Not every VANOS fault requires a complete rebuild — the required work is confirmed after diagnosis, and the engine and VANOS configuration are confirmed before the job is quoted. Any additional work is explained and approved by the customer before it proceeds.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. All timeframes are subject to vehicle inspection, confirmation of the repair scope, parts availability, supplier lead times, customs clearance where applicable, and any additional faults discovered during the repair. Overseas parts can significantly extend the total turnaround time. The estimated workshop turnaround begins once the necessary parts are available and the vehicle is ready for the scheduled repair. We will confirm an individual estimate before work proceeds and communicate any material changes.
