1. Bookings and assessment

Enquiries and booking requests are not confirmed appointments. We confirm the appointment and disclose applicable diagnostic or inspection fees before you commit. No fixed fee is set by these draft terms. Give accurate vehicle information and explain the reported concern.

2. Estimates and approval

Written estimates/quotes should specify scope, assumptions, exclusions, relevant charges and any validity period. We obtain customer approval of the work and applicable charges before chargeable work proceeds. Further faults can emerge after inspection/disassembly; additional chargeable work outside the agreed scope requires appropriate further approval, except where lawful and expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Drop-off, procedures and collection

Record keys, accessories, mileage, known damage and relevant vehicle condition at handover. Tell us about valuable or hazardous property and remove unnecessary valuables. Discuss diagnostic/disassembly procedures and any necessary road-test permission with the workshop; an online request is not blanket permission.

Confirm the authorised collector and collection arrangements. Keys, final mileage and relevant documents should be checked at collection. Storage charges apply only if properly disclosed and agreed in advance; no automatic amount or free-storage period is invented here.

4. Parts, completion and payment

Parts availability, discontinued items, supplier lead times and further findings can affect completion. We communicate material changes and seek approval where scope/cost changes. Workshop repair time is separate from supplier delivery time.

Agree payment methods, due dates and any lawful deposit directly with the workshop before commitment. This website does not accept payments/deposits and these terms do not invent a payment deadline. Refer to the Parts Policy and Warranty/Complaints Policy.

These draft terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). No blanket waiver of liability, automatic deposit forfeiture or unfair cancellation penalty applies through this website.
