1. Parts and specialist lead times
Parts may depend on vehicle specification, stock, imports or discontinued supplies. Supplier/customs delays are separate from workshop repair time. We do not guarantee overseas delivery or completion dates; approve any material alternative part/scope/cost changes before work proceeds.
2. Deposits and special orders
No online payment or deposit is collected by this website. If a workshop transaction requires a deposit or special-order commitment, the purpose, amount, applicable terms and lawful refund/cancellation treatment must be disclosed and agreed before payment/order. No deposit percentage or automatically non-refundable amount is established by this draft.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly to cancel/reschedule or dispute a charge. A cancellation charge, if lawful, must be fair in the circumstances and properly disclosed; it is not an automatic penalty or forfeiture. We assess work already lawfully authorised, justified incurred costs and applicable consumer rights. Unused amounts and refunds are handled according to the applicable agreement and law; no unverified processing deadline or blanket no-refunds term is imposed.
These draft terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). No blanket waiver of liability, automatic deposit forfeiture or unfair cancellation penalty applies through this website.
