1. Website operator and use
This website is operated under the supplied name N4 AUTOWERKS. Send questions or requests to Admin@n4autowerks.com. Include your name, contact method and enough information to identify the relevant booking, vehicle or record. Do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate relevant details and do not impersonate others, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Keep account credentials private; individual staff access is owner-controlled.
2. Information and requests
Public service information is general and does not replace inspection or a vehicle-specific quotation. A booking submission is a request: the workshop must confirm availability. It neither authorises chargeable repair work nor accepts an online payment or deposit.
Specialist turnaround figures are conditional workshop working-day estimates, separate from parts lead times, not guaranteed completion or overseas supplier dates.
3. Linked services and availability
Optional sign-in providers and the directions link are governed by their own terms. A link does not verify a map pin or make a third-party service part of our repair agreement. Website availability and accuracy can be affected by technical faults; contact us if a request is not acknowledged.
These draft terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). No blanket waiver of liability, automatic deposit forfeiture or unfair cancellation penalty applies through this website.
