1. Current communications
Customers receive service-related communications appropriate to their enquiry, booking or repair: appointment confirmation, findings, quotes/approval requests, parts delays, progress, collection, records and complaint/warranty follow-up. The app records messages, in-app notifications and queued customer events. External email/WhatsApp delivery integrations are shown as pending in the workshop settings; queued events alone do not prove external delivery.
Contact details and communication preferences are used for the requested service. Some essential transaction or legal communications may still be needed even if a preferred optional channel is unavailable.
2. No marketing subscription
No newsletter, campaign, promotional WhatsApp or automatic marketing subscription is introduced. Booking, an enquiry, account access or a privacy-notice acknowledgement is not consent to promotional messages. No marketing checkbox or historical consent record is fabricated.
Before future marketing is enabled, separate optional consent (where required), accurate purpose/version/time/reference records and a practical opt-out/suppression process must be implemented. Service must not depend on agreeing to marketing.
3. Preferences and requests
Send questions or requests to Admin@n4autowerks.com. Include your name, contact method and enough information to identify the relevant booking, vehicle or record. Do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Tell us if contact details change or a service channel is unsuitable. If a messaging provider is connected later, update these disclosures to identify the actual provider, processing/transfers and appropriate channel permissions before use.
